Agile

I’ve worked in Agile environments since 2002, using eXtreme Programming, Scrum, Kanban and UML together to develop systems quickly and efficiently in the face of frequently changing business environments. This is now the de facto standard for the majority of systems builds. I like working in multi disciplinary teams where developers can talk direct to end users and all project members are empowered with the ability to make and implement decisions without unnecessary delay. I gained a SAFe Agilist qualification in 2023.
