I have given numerous training courses over my career, but the first and maybe most notable was graduate language training for Cap Gemini in 1990. The task was to train 16 graduates with no or little computing experience in Mumps/M/Cache. Training was conducted over 2 months, 4 days per week:
- Introduction to commercial IT and business computing
- Basic syntax and logic flow
- Standard Functions
- Introduction to code generators (MDM)
- Development of simple complete system
- Evaluation of testing and documentation methods
