Brighton and Hove City Council

I have been providing consultancy services for Brighton and Hove City Council (BHCC) since 2003. I’ve taken on a number of roles, particularly around SQL and database development, predominately with Social Care but also for Education, Housing, Waste Management, Health and Safety and Executive functions.

Developed the first RESTful web services
Developed social care reports extensively used both inside the council and externally
Managed upgrades to core functionality in Social and Planning
Migrated data from legacy systems in Planning
Provided expert consultancy on a number of procurement exercises
